All conference places are fully transferable without any charge.

Cancellations received before 6pm (GMT) time on Aug.1 ,2010 will be charged 10% of full payment as cancellation penalty.
If written confirmation of a cancellation is not received by 6pm (GMT) time on Aug.1 ,2010, we will be obliged to charge the full fee.

The organizer reserve the right to make changes to the program without notice.
