Mr. Jia has been the managing director of sales, Air China since 2009. Prior to that, he was the general manager of Air China Beijing office and general manager of marketing & Sales Center Northern China (2001 to 2008), sales manager and general manager of Air China New York office(1990-1991), and sales supervisor of passenger department of Air China(1990 to 1991).

Mr. Jia attended the Transportation courses at IRI Institute in Roma in 1989.
