Mr. Chen has 18 years management experience in China’s hospitality industry. He has taken various senior management roles in New Century Hotels Group, including the GM of New Century Hotel Ningbo, New Century Hotel Ninghai, New Century Hotel Taizhou, Regional GM of New Century Ningbo & GM of New Century Grand Hotel Ningbo, the Vice GM of New Century Group & GM of Zhejiang New Century Hotel Management Co., Ltd. Mr. Chen holds an EMBA from Zhejiang University.
