Joe joined Super 8 (China) in July 2010 as Senior Vice President of Distribution. He is responsible for providing leadership to company Room Sales, Marketing, IT and Reservation functions. Prior to joining Super 8, Joe was vice president of Beijing Golden Century Networks and he was in charge of sales and service call center operations, E-commerce, R&D for new products and technology. Before join GC, Joe worked for Dell Inc. more than 13 years, including 5 years working in Dell US. He was instrumental in setting up Dell East Asia Direct Sell Manufacturing & Distribution, Dell R&D Center in Shanghai, and improving Tech Support Service in Dell Great China region.

Joe holds an EMBA degree from Guanghua Management School at Peking University, MSIE degree from University of Texas in U.S, and BEng degree from Jiangsu University, China.
