All conference places are fully transferable without any charge.
Cancellations received before 6pm (GMT) time on March 31 ,2009 will be charged 10% of full payment as cancellation penalty (credit card registrations are subject to a 5 % administration fee additionally).
If written confirmation of a cancellation is not received by 6pm (GMT) time on March 31 ,2009, we will be obliged to charge the full fee.
