Ms. Florence Fang joined Shenzhen BCTS in January 2007 as the Managing Director. Under the leadership of Ms. Fang, BCTS was ranked as one of The Most Creative Travel Agent in China and No.1 travel agent in Shenzhen for four years, measured by the number of travelers handled. Till 2010, Ms. Fang and her team have established 15 subsidiary companies with more than 1000 retail stores. Ms Fang was elected the deputy chairwoman of Shenzhen Tourism Association.
