Ingrid Yin is the General Manager of Sales and Marketing Department, HKCTS Hotels Co., Ltd., being responsible for E-commerce, Call Center, Loyalty Program, Public Relations and IT management. Prior to joining HKCTS Hotels, she served as the Sales Director of Sheraton Nanjing Kingsley Hotels and Director of Sales & Marketing of Jinling Hotels & Resorts Corporation. Mrs. Yin has over 15 years of sales and marketing experience in hotel industry, including 10 years for hotel chains.

Ingrid Yin holds a master degree on Tourism Management from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
