Mr. Fajin Hu joined Air China in 1997. He has 15 years airline experience in various commercial departments, including Reservation, Sales, Marketing Research, Network Planning, New Product Development and e-Commerce. In 2006, he was appointed as senior manager of e-Commerce under Sales Department and began to build Air China e-Commerce team. He is responsible for developing Air China e-Commerce platform including domestic and international websites, mobile application, dynamic packaging tools and self-service applications on website and smart phone. He is also in charge of e-marketing activities such as SEM/SEO, email and social media marketing related to e-Commerce. Mr. Hu holds a bachelor degree from the University of Science and Technology of China with a major in Physics. In 2005, he got a scholarship for one year training in University of Hawaii for Travel Industry Management.
