Mr. Weijun He is the Founder who has built a nationwide car rental company around the country. At the beginning of year 2014, he decides to change the company’s business model by building a platform—TOPONE Automobile Service (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., which including products such as self-driving, transfers, and chauffeur driving services.

Mr. He graduated from Zhejiang University in 1988 and started up his own business since 1991.
