Mr. Chongyang Ding is the General Manager of Aoyou Division of CYTS, and the Assistant President of China CYTS Tours Holding Co., Ltd. Mr. Ding joined in CYTS in 1999, serving as the Securities Representative and Director of Strategic Investment Department till 2010, and had been mainly responsible for the listed CYTS’ information disclosure, investor relationship, strategic planning and investment, and BD cooperation related work. Over the past 11 years, he also participated in the implementation and integration of the significant strategic investment and cooperation affairs in CYTS, such as the restructure of Wuzhen, Gubei Water Town, Shanshui Hotel, CYTS Cendant OTA joint-venture and etc. From September 2010 and on, Mr. Ding has been the General Manager of Aoyou.com, taking charge of online business of CYTS (outbound and domestic).
