Mr. Steven Luan has been working in aviation industry for about 16 years. Since joining UATP, Mr. Luan, based on his strong industry background and proactive business spirit, has built up and maintained a comprehensive and localized UATP network in China, by developing two airlines issuer programs and recruited more than 10 Chinese carriers into the network in 4 years. In his previous jobs, he took roles such as business consultant and Business Development Managers, helping multi-national corporations enter into China and partner with Chinese aviation organizations for joint business development.

Mr. Luan has a Bachelor’s degree on Marketing and a MBA granted by University of Queensland in Australia.
