Anil Damodaran heads Mobile, Consumer Solutions and Customer Enablement at Abacus. He leads the team in continuously improving the way travel agents work and interact with their customers, especially in the area of utilising mobile technology.
One of Anil’s recent key achievements is the introduction of Asia’s first reservations system via smartphones – Abacus Mobile. Anil also leads Customer Enablement, where he drives, develops and supports the training needs of 24 Abacus National Marketing companies in Asia.
In his 22-year career with Abacus, Anil held various positions. Prior to his current appointment, he was based in Dallas as Alliance Director, managing the business partnership between Abacus and Sabre.
