Mr. Fogel joined The Priceline Group in February 2000 and is responsible for the firm′s global strategy and all of the Group’s acquisitions and strategic transactions. The Priceline Group′s acquisition program has resulted in Priceline becoming the world′s leading online seller of hotels. Mr. Fogel is a member of the firm’s 5-person Group Management Board, which oversees the performance and strategy of the firm’s operating units on a worldwide basis. He is a member of the Board of Directors of all of The Priceline Group’s international subsidiaries, including Europe-based Booking.com, Asia-based Agoda and Europe-based TravelJigsaw. Mr. Fogel is a graduate of Harvard Law School, and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
