Ms. Qian has more than 13 years of experience in venture capital and telecommunication industries. She is now Managing Partner of F&G Venture. F&G Venture is founded by Ms. Qian and ex-senior management of Huawei Technologies, focusing on investing outstanding early-growth stage companies in IT industry chain including advanced manufacturing, new materials, and IT services.

Prior to F&G Venture, Ms.Qian was partner in Fidelity Growth Parnters Asia, focusing on investments in TMT and consumer sectors in the past 8 years. She led and participated in multiple investments in ChinaPnr, Xunlei, Crystal CG, PodInn, and Mineloader.

Ms. Qian also spent 4 years in Huawei Technologies, responsible for product marketing and project management of research.

Qian Yu received her Bachelor and Master Degrees in engineering in Zhejiang University and Tsinghua University respectively. She also holds an MBA degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
