Mr. Lai is General Manager for Greater China with Booking.com, the world leader in booking accommodations online. The website generates over 400,000 room nights each day, attracting over 30 million unique visitors each month. Prior to this role, Jun worked for Hilton Worldwide leading Revenue Management function for Greater China.

Mr. Lai has over 10 years of experience in hospitality industry in the US and China markets. He served as an adjunct lecturer in New York University teaching both undergraduate and graduate classes; he also contributed a chapter in a university textbook ‘Tourism & Hospitality: An Industry Primer’ published in 2007 in the US.
