Stephanie is Co-founder and COO of Pod Inns Group, China’s leading fashion & new concept hotel chains focusing on youth market. She has more than 15 years of experience in hotel operation management. Stephanie co-founded Pod Inns Group in 2007 and has been responsible for hotel design, operation, marketing & sales and HR management. Recently Stephanie is preparing to launch the new hotel brand by Pod Inns Group.

Stephanie holds a Master‘s Degree from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and an EMBA Degree from CEIBS.
