Mr. Bernold O. Schroeder is the Chief Executive Officer of Jin Jiang International Hotel Management Company Ltd.

In addition to being fully responsible for all aspects of the group’s star-rated portfolio (non-budget), Mr. Schroeder will focus on the expansion of the group, sieving out new business opportunities both within and outside of China.

Prior to joining Jin Jiang International Hotel Management Company, Mr. Schroeder was Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Hotel Operations at Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts where he spent 14 years. He also worked with the Hyatt Corporation based in New York and with the Holiday Inn Asia Pacific in Hong Kong.

Mr. Schroeder received his education in the hospitality industry in Germany. He has also undergone an Executive Programme from Cornell University and Stamford University – Singapore Management University and he furthermore holds a Director Certificate from the Thai Institute of Directors Association.
