Since joining Ctrip in 1999, Maria has served as Senior Director of the Customer Service Departmentand Senior Vice President. Her contribution and responsibilities are mostly in initiating and managing Ctrip customer service & contact center. Maria’s team has successfully built the world′s largest customer service & contact center in the travel and tourism industry. Maria is now responsible for Hotel Business Unit. She used to serve as Assistant Manager at Pacific Hotel (Shanghai) and Zhonghao Grand Hotel (Jinan), where Maria enriched her experience in hotel operations.
Maria holds a bachelor′s degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, with a major on Hotel Management.
