Prior to joining ChinaPnR, Mr. Liu was Senior Vice President and Marketing General Manager of China UnionPay. Prior to that, he served in Ping An Insurance Company of China as General Manager of Henan Branch. Before then, he was Director of Program Implementation Department in Henan branch of PBOC.

Mr. Liu has over a decade of experience in financial innovation, financial management and marketing management. Mr. Liu is one of the key persons to promote the innovations in China’s payment industry.
