Paschal has 16 years’ experience in the travel technology industry and is an expert in travel e- and m-commerce systems.

From 1998, Paschal served as a senior technologist at Gradient Solutions. Gradient Solutions developed customised e-commerce solutions for major travel companies, on-line travel agencies, airlines and other travel suppliers. Paschal drove development of the core product and oversaw its implementation for leading travel suppliers including KLM, Thomas Cook, Austrian Airlines and Northwest Airlines. Gradient was acquired by Sabre in August 2000.

As Director of Product Delivery for Sabre, Paschal managed a large team of developers and was responsible for the delivery of enterprise scale e-commerce systems for the travel industry.

In 2005 Paschal joined Mobile Travel Technologies, a mobile software development specialist for the travel sector, as Executive Director of Technology. More recently Paschal has taken on the role of Director, Consulting at MTT where he works with Airlines, Hotels and Travel suppliers on innovative approaches to their mobile strategy. MTT has quickly built up an impressive client base of leading airlines and hotel chains which includes Qantas Group’s Jetstar, Air France-KLM’s Transavia,easyJet, Flybe, Jumeirah Group and Atlantis The Palm, Dubai.

Paschal holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Limerick and an MBA (First Class Honours) from UCD Michael Smurfit School of Business in Dublin.
