Mr. Tony Duan serves as the COO of Baicheng.com. He is also a visiting professor at China Youth University of Political Studies and Beijing College of Economy & Technology.

With over 14 years of experience in outbound tourism, 7 years of executive experience and 4 years of Internet experience, Mr. Duan has extensive experience in marketing and operational management in travel industry, and rich overseas working experience as well. From 2005 to 2009, he was the Co-founder & COO of Yatour Online. Mr. Duan joined BTG Group in 1998 and served as the Deputy General Manager of the Outbound Department at Beijing China Travel Service.

Mr. Duan holds an MBA degree from University of Northern Virginia.
