Dr.Grace Pan joined Tourism and Events Queensland (former Tourism Queensland) from May 2011. She is responsible for overseeing all marketing and operational activities in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, with the overall objective of growing international visitation to Queensland from these markets, in partnership with industry with a focus on sustainable yield.

Dr.Pan is a famous expert in tourism industry. She has abundant experiences in tourism marketing including the fields of digital marketing, consumer marketing etc, and also boasts in-depth insights in the fields of accommodation, entertainment, events, media and finance.

Before she joined TEQ, Dr.Pan worked for InterContinental Hotels Group, SinoTech Group, and was the Head of Travel and Leisure Research, Associate Director for The Nielsen Company from 2006 to 2009.
