Mr. Xia joined Shanghai Jin Jiang International E-Commerce Co., Ltd. as Director of Sales & Marketing in Nov., 2010. Mr.Xia has extensive experience in the hospitality and airline industry. In 2000, he joined Air China and accumulated his experience in the areas of ground operation, sales, revenue management, etc. In 2006, Mr.Xia joined Jin Jiang Inns as Revenue Management Manager and Deputy Director of Sales & Marketing, taking charge of revenue management, call center, frequent flyer program and sales, etc.

Mr.Xia holds a Bachelor′s degree from Civil Aviation University of China. He is now pursuing the MBA Degree at Fudan University.
