The Digital Travel Show is a one-of-a-kind China trade show focusing on travel marketing & technology products/services, held concurrently with the TravelDaily Conference. The show will attract 1,800 trade visitors, mostly midrange or senior executives representing major airlines, hotels, OTAs, tourist boards, tourist attractions, travel agencies in the roles of marketing, sales, e-commerce, operation and IT. Over 80% of them are decision-makers or decision-influencers at their companies.
The 2021 Digital Travel Show will take place on November 10-11 and gather around 120 exhibitors. The show will be located near the venue for the TravelDaily Conference and the Registration Area, with Presentation Hub and multiple Coffee Break Areas. Booth will be arranged around the main entrance for the conference speakers/guests.
Sponsor’s logo, company profile, product/service introduction, booth number will be displayed on the event website and the event WeChat mini-program
Three all-inclusive tickets, two Digital Travel Awards dinner tickets and eight exhibition work tickets for a 36m² booth
Two all-inclusive tickets, one Digital Travel Awards dinner ticket and four exhibition work tickets for a 18m² booth
One all-inclusive ticket and two exhibition work tickets for a 9m² or 6m² booth
The above all-inclusive tickets are with lunch; the Digital Travel Awards dinner tickets are only valid for VP or higher level guests; and the exhibition work tickets are only for entrance/exit of the exhibition area.
The organizer will construct the basic frameworks of standard booths (excluding backdrop, poster or LED equipment) while sponsors should prepare booth decoration themselves.

Benefits
During the coffee break, the sponsor will have a 15-minute speech presentation on product/technology at the exhibition area (totally 6 time slots are available, first come first served); Presentation PPTs should be sent to the host for review 3 weeks prior to the conference;
Sponsor may have a 9m² row stand booth at the exhibition area for the two-day exhibition. TravelDaily will set up the standard booth’s basic framework (excluding backdrop, poster and LED) and sponsor will prepare decoration materials;
Sponsor can place promotion flyers at the display area of the Presentation Hub;
Sponsor’s logo will be listed on the registration area backdrop, show website, catalogue and the event’s Networking Platform;
Sponsor’s logo and company introduction will be displayed on the event’s Networking Platform;
