Sarah has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality sales & marketing field in Asia. She has been the Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts since 2004 in Hong Kong and Shanghai with responsibilities in hotels' opening and Sales & Marketing strategies and initiatives. After moving to Shanghai, Sarah's main responsibility and focus is to develop domestic and outbound business from China, which is the largest strategic market for the Shangri-La group.
Her other key responsibilities also include developing and optimizing China distribution channels and e-business, partnership marketing and promotions, digital marketing and China high-end luxury travel market.
