Mr. Kelvin Chen is the Co-founder of xiaozhu.com. He used to work for 3721, Yahoo!, Qihoo company and was responsible for the Southwest Region. He also served as the Vice President of kuxun.cn and ganji.com.

Kelvin is a graduate of West China University of Medical Sciences. He has worked in the Internet industry for many years and has thorough research to Sharing Economy and P2P model.
