Mark joined KLM in 1988, where he started at the Call Center. After several positions at Revenue Management, Mark moved to Sales Europe. First at Area management, then Regional Sales manager for Central Eastern Europe in Budapest and Area Revenue Manager in Frankfurt. From 2003 till 2007 he was responsible for Network Development of the KLM - Northwest Joint Venture at Network Planning. In 2007 Mark was appointed Regional Commercial Director Greater China for Air France - KLM in Beijing, responsible for Direct Sales, Marketing and Network Development for KLM. Since September 2009 he became Regional Sales Director. |
